Terms and Conditions for 777xpcom — Pakistan's Online Gaming Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or placing any wager on the 777xpcom platform (accessible at https://777xpcom.app), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 777xpcom ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 777xpcom platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility

To register and use the 777xpcom platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777xpcom strictly prohibits access by persons under this age and employs age verification procedures to enforce this requirement.
• You must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not permitted for player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from the 777xpcom platform under a previous account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your location.

777xpcom reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 777xpcom. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's details, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts discovered by 777xpcom will be closed, and any balances held across those accounts may be consolidated or forfeited at the platform's discretion.

When registering with 777xpcom, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. 777xpcom will never ask for your password through any channel including Live Chat, email, or telephone.

You must notify 777xpcom support immediately at support@777xpcom.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received, all activity on your account is considered to be yours and you remain responsible for all bets, transactions, and decisions made.

• Account registration is free and requires only a valid mobile number and password.
• One account per person, per household, per device is the general rule.
• Accounts are non-transferable — you may not sell, gift, or lend your account to any other person.
• Accounts must be kept up to date — notify us if your contact details change.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777xpcom are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not process or hold balances in any foreign currency. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued cards. The availability of specific methods may vary and is shown in real time within your account dashboard.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated during a promotional period. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no platform-side fees charged on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges outside of 777xpcom's control.

• Deposits are credited to your 777xpcom balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the stated timeframe on our Deposit and Withdrawal page — typically under four minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification if the transaction exceeds thresholds set by 777xpcom or if the account has not previously completed verification.
• Any deposit made from a payment account not registered in your name may be reversed at the platform's discretion for security reasons.
• Funds deposited for gaming purposes may not be used for any activity other than placing wagers on the 777xpcom platform.

In the event of a disputed transaction, please contact the 777xpcom support team within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated retrospectively. All transaction records maintained by 777xpcom are considered final in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

5Bonuses and Promotions

777xpcom offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the offer. General principles that apply to all 777xpcom bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• The standard wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus amount being removed from your account.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

The rules of each game available on 777xpcom — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Ludo, Virtual Sports, and all other titles — are published within the respective game section of the platform. These rules take precedence over general gaming convention in the event of any discrepancy.

777xpcom operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all software-based games. Live dealer games use physical equipment and genuine human dealers broadcast via HD video stream. The platform does not alter, influence, or pre-determine any game outcome.

In the event of a technical failure during a game — including connection interruptions, server errors, or incomplete round processing — 777xpcom will apply the following resolution protocol:

• If a round is incomplete due to a technical error, the bet is returned to the player's balance in full.
• If a round completed normally before the technical error, the result stands and is treated as final.

• Players who experience a technical issue during a game should contact support immediately with the date, time, game name, and approximate bet amount for the fastest resolution.

Bets placed incorrectly due to player error — such as entering the wrong stake amount or selecting the wrong outcome — are not eligible for refund once the betting window has closed and the round has begun.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777xpcom platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, including accounts under family members' names or shared devices used to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to automate gameplay, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering — using 777xpcom to process, conceal, or convert funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players to fix game outcomes, share hand information in real time during live games, or coordinate betting to exploit bonus structures.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after losing a bet. Chargebacks are investigated thoroughly and accounts found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently closed.
• Providing false identity documents, false age declarations, or any fraudulent information to 777xpcom at any stage.
• Attempting to access, modify, or reverse-engineer any component of the 777xpcom platform, including its RNG, API, or codebase.
• Exploiting software bugs or display errors to obtain credits, free plays, or other advantages not intended by the platform. Any gains obtained through exploitation of known or unknown errors must be reported and will be reversed.

8Account Suspension and Closure

777xpcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion without prior notice in cases where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been violated or that account activity poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of 777xpcom's games.

In cases of account suspension for investigation, 777xpcom will:

• Notify the account holder via their registered mobile number or email address within a reasonable timeframe where it is safe to do so.
• Complete the investigation within 14 business days where possible, or communicate a revised timeline if the investigation requires additional time.
• Return any confirmed legitimate balance to the player's registered payment account upon conclusion of the investigation if no violation is found.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 777xpcom account may do so at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts closed during an active self-exclusion period will remain closed for the full duration of the exclusion regardless of the request.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xpcom platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, video content, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777xpcom or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777xpcom platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 777xpcom content without express written permission from the platform.

The 777xpcom name, logo, and associated brand marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form — including in social media profiles, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

777xpcom provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xpcom's liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising from contract, negligence, or any other cause — shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 777xpcom shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect or consequential loss.
• Losses arising from the player's own errors in placing bets, selecting wrong outcomes, or making incorrect deposits.
• Losses arising from events beyond 777xpcom's reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile network failures, or third-party payment processing errors.
• Losses from the use of the platform by an unauthorised third party who has accessed a player's account using that player's own credentials.

These limitations do not apply to liability arising from 777xpcom's own fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

12Responsible Gaming

To raise a formal dispute with 777xpcom:

In all disputes regarding game outcomes, the transaction records, game logs, and video records maintained by 777xpcom are considered the definitive evidence in the absence of a demonstrable technical error on the platform's part.
